To transform your body we have to place it under stress (the good kind) and force it to adapt to the new demands you are placing upon it. We make this process fun and effective by prescribing a range of activities, exercises and challenges that you will find both enjoyable and specific to your goals and personal circumstances.

As well as training sessions, I will also analyse your daily activity to see if we can make any adjustments that will help you achieve your goal.

Appropriate rest will be factored in to give the body time to adapt and keep it energised!!

One thing you will notice is just how great exercise and keeping active makes you feel. It is the pure enjoyment of “doing”. The post-exercise endorphins that give you a “natural high” will  keep you keen and wanting more.
