Congratulations the “Big Day” is booked (exciting!!) and you want to feel great and look your best for those wedding photos you’ll treasure forever.

We know you are busy working, planning a wedding and keeping family and social commitments but we really feel it’s time you let us concentrate on you. After all, you’re the main event at your wedding!! But if you don’t fancy going it alone why not buddy up with your partner or get your bridal party into shape as a group for extra support and encouragement.

Whatever your wedding goal: weight loss, inch loss or firming up, I will marry together all my fitness and nutritional expertise to design you a fun and varied programme in the time and space you have available.

Yes, we’re great at finding time and all the other resources you need too.You can expect bespoke top tips and advice, text correspondence and motivation, fitness aids and equipment, fun health challenges and plenty of feedback and progress updates.

Oh and I’ll want that final wedding dress/suit fitting date too.  We need to ensure there’s no wardrobe malfunctions on the day. I’ll be with you every step of the way, until you’re walking down that aisle.
